A brand new cydia creation has been launched named as DREAMBOARD, it is free for download. Dreamboard allows you to create advance themes easily. It allows you to customize your own theme replacing the winterboard functionality. By using dreamboard you can change the whole outlook of your springboard.
Currently it is only available for jailbroked iphone and itouch.
